The first 30 days
We collect logins safely, take a complete backup and confirm it restores.
Uptime, errors and expiry dates are watched. Alerts go to a person, not a mailbox nobody reads.
What is healthy, what is at risk and what we would fix first, in plain English.
Questions

Yes. Most care plans start that way. The first month includes the time to understand it properly.
Yes. Plans run month to month. Give 30 days notice and you keep every backup, document and login.
Anything that takes a few hours: a new field, a changed report, a text update, a new user role. Bigger work gets its own one-page plan and price.
If a month needs more, we tell you before going over. Unused hours do not roll over, so the plan stays simple and the price stays flat.
